The PSAL is excited to announce the 2004-2005 Boys Basketball Clinics for the upcoming season. We have an array of spectacular local college coaches conducting workshops on several aspects of the game. Expected guest speakers (Norm Roberts- St. Johns, Joe Jones- Columbia, Tom Pecora- Hofstra, and others.)

Place: Benjamin Cardozo H.S. Time: 9:00 AM- 4:00 PM.

The format for the one day clinic is as follows:

8:30-9:00 AM – Refreshments & Sign In

MORNING SESSION

9:00-10:00 AM- Review of “New Rules and Regulations” –Commissioner & Official Assignor

10:00 Coach Joe Jones- Columbia University

11:00 Coach Tom Pecora- Hofstra University

12:00-1:00 PM- LUNCH

AFTERNOON SESSION

1:00- 2:00 PM- Review of “New Rules and Regulations” –Commissioner & Official Assignor

2:00 Greg Vatrone- Coaches for Cancer

3:00 Coach Norm Roberts- St. Johns University

Coaches must attend are expected to attend either the morning or afternoon session. Although coaches of girl’s basketball are welcome to attend, they must still attend the mandatory Girls Basketball clinics which will be announced shortly.
